I commend Julie Chen for coming forward with this. I’ve recently written an article for CNN.com about how popular Asian plastic surgery currently is. But how ethical is it for plastic surgeons to perform these procedures on young women? And are any of these women being coerced into having the surgery done? It all worked well for Julie, but what about those women who have surgeries with complications? Or girls under 18 who feel that if they don’t have eyelid and nose surgery then they will be considered ‘ugly?’
