A New Phenomenon: The Pippa Butt Lift

What is the newest plastic surgery craze?  The Pippa Butt Lift!  Coined by plastic surgeon butt-ologist Dr. Constantino Mendieta, the Pippa Butt Lift is another name for the Brazilian Butt Lift, aka Fat Grafting to the Buttocks.  First it was J.Lo, then Kim Kardashian, and now Pippa Middleton.

    I really don’t understand the whole Pippa craze let alone why people are obsessed with her bum! If this chick was from the states she wouldn’t get too much attention honestly her face isn’t that pretty like her sister, her body is athletic but nothing out of this world, she has no boobs and her ass is just what ever. Take a woman such as Jen Aniston,, now thats a body !
