Tara Reid – plastic surgery
Tara Reid was recently photographed leaving the Beverly Hills restaurant The Ivy revealing breasts that appear a bit on the droopy side. With photos all over the internet showing what appeared to be scars from a previous breast lift, why is it that her breasts now look saggy?
Answer: A breast lift (or mastopexy) is not a perfect surgery. It basically moves the nipple up to a higher position on the chest, while cutting out the extra, loose breast skin that causes the breast to be saggy. It unfortunately creates scars and does not have permanent results. Gravity will continue to pull down on the breasts, and with time they will sag again. The larger the breasts (or the implants) and the weaker the skin, the faster the breasts will droop. This is most likely what has happened to Tara.
It is unusual for someone as young as she is to have “needed” a breast lift. Most people her age who have this surgery done have either had children or have congenitally (due to bad genes) droopy breasts. I believe she is most likely the latter.
