Tara Reid – plastic surgery
Tara Reid was recently photographed wearing a bikini while swimming with some children. Unfortunately, her right breast popped out of her top, revealing what appeared to be the scarred nipple/areola which was plastered all over the internet about a year ago. From these photos, I believe she’s had a breast augmentation combined with a lift, resulting in a distorted scar around her areola. This type of lift has the advantage of a shorter scar, but can widen and deform the areola in some women like her.
I use it sparingly, mostly in women who need only a minor lift, and then I am sure to make the areola extra small at first, since it will most likely widen some with time. Unfortunately, there is no way to lift a breast without creating scars. Some of the shorter scar techniques like the one described end up causing problems elsewhere. For this reason, the more traditional, slightly longer scar techniques are sometimes the best to use IMHO. Whereas a scar will likely fade with time, a huge, oblong areola will not.
