Nicole Kidman or Wax Figure?

Is this a photo of Nicole Kidman or a wax figure of Nicole? It seems as though she has resumed her Botox injections, in addition to lip enhancement with a filler such as Restylane. I bet she’s had some chemical peels too, judging by the smoothness of her skin.

    Why is it in Hollywood no one calls out these actors and their obvious plastic surgery? There are sites and magazines galore that talk about it but no one really says it to the actor. It’s the elephant in the room, no? Seriously, we know they know we know they know.
    Nicole Kidman’s lips are huge in comparison to what they were when she first started acting.
    Ech.

    I saw her in a recent interview. Her top lip looks ridiculous. It’s almost bigger than her bottom lip.

    I don’t care what she does to her face, what I care about is when she tries to dupe the public into thinking she’s ‘totally natural’ (her words) and just well, more blessed than the rest of us mere mortals who suffer from thinning lips, age spots and wrinkles as we get older.

    I also don’t appreciate her trying to tell me she’s a serious dramatic actor (repleat with immovable forehead) when clearly she takes her position as a Channel spokesperson far more seriously.

    Finally, the stuff she’s done to her face is just the obvious stuff. I’d bet my house that she’s also had implants and liposuction. Google Vanity Fair Nicole Kidman to see the cover she did for the mag in 2007 and you’ll see what I mean.

    I don’t think it really matters, she looks good and her acting is impeccable.

    She has always had pouty lips, but she may have had some filler.

    She has definitely got something going on with that top lip. Looks almost as bad as Melanie Griffith’s top lip. So obvious, and it looks ridiculous . . . laughable.

    If these lip augmentations are “laughable” and obvious, then why do these actresses get this done? Is there a way to administer the filler to where it’s just a slight enhancement and not so obvious that blog-reading America is sitting here laughing at them instead of saying “my gosh–how beautiful she looks!” Why do all these procedures to the extreme when subtle results are much better? Are only bad plastic surgeons available in Hollywood? Is that it?
