“I’m not against plastic surgery, what I’ve had done will stay with me and that’s fine, but I don’t want anything else. I’ll do facials but I don’t want to go down the scary route and have knives plunged into me,” she explained.
The 43-year-old blonde also admitted that she doesn’t think of herself as typically beautiful – rather she’s accepts she’s more of a pin-up kind of girl. “I don’t mind ageing. I’ve never been a classical beauty. I’ve always had that Playboy vibe. I don’t want to chase youth. Anyway, I find it chases me,” she mused.
She sounds very reasonable here. But will she actually avoid the plastic surgeon’s knife in the future? Her entire persona and appearance is all about looking like a human Barbie doll. Will she allow herself to age naturally from here on out? I doubt it, but we’ll see!

What is going on with Pamela Anderson’s nipples? I believe it is a result of scar tissue from peri-areolar (scar around the areola) breast augmentation surgery. With the alleged numerous breast implant surgeries she has had, it makes sense that she may have developed some scar tissue around her areolas and nipples. This can cause the nipple to project downward or look a bit odd. Peri-areolar breast augmentation is not my favorite way to perform the surgery (although I do it that way in patients who desire it), but it is a very popular technique on the West Coast.
