What great timing! My 80th birthday is May 2, 2013 and I’ve decided to treat myself to a blepharoplasty. I wish you could be my surgeon. I so appreciate the information about the current technique for eyelid bag removal. My only concern is that once my eye area looks smooth, the rest of my ancient face may look worse by contrast.

Some people have parts of their face that have aged disproportionately to the rest of their face. If your eyelids have aged more than the rest of your face, then maybe you’ll end up looking naturally younger, without any parts of your face looking too different.
