Bristol Palin: Plastic Surgery: Chin Implant, Liposuction, Botox?

The internet is all abuzz about whether Bristol Palin may have had plastic surgery.  My initial gut reaction was NOOOO!!!!  But after looking at photos, I think she actually has!

Her chin looks more sculpted and the fat under it is gone.  This could be due to a chin augmentation with an implant and liposuction under her neckline.  Her brows are elevated and more arched, prompting some to speculate that she’s had a surgical browlift.  I disagree.  Few plastic surgeons would perform a surgical browlift on a 20 year old.  Botox injections, which can cause a lifting of the brows in some, are much more likely.  Overall I think she looks good, although I wonder how much of the changes are due to maturation and weight loss. 

She looks kind of like a brown-haired Christina Aguilera now.

    I think the chin augmentation was a tasteful move… I’m usually not a fan of facial augmentation. Maybe I’ve just seen too many pictures of Donatella… EEEKS!

    And I know this is a little off topic, but I was having a HEATED discussion with the boyfriend the other night… Katee Sackhoff of Battlestar Gallactica… yep I know nerdy… anywho, she’s definitely had some work right? To me it looks like she’s had a chin implant as well and maybe some botox? But google the girl and plastic surgery, etc and I get nothing. What do you think?

    It’s so sad that such a young woman chose to have botox! I see nothing wrong with plastic surgery if it makes you feel better, so if she wanted to make her chin look different then that’s fine. However don’t try to make people believe you’re whole face transformed through weight loss, and then call them liars when they ask if you’ve had any work done!

    She has obviously had work done – she’s virtually unrecognizable and I think she was much prettier before. She has an odd look to her now. Her psycho mom is naturally gorgeous and I’m sorry Bristol turned to plastic surgery at such a young age. Could Botox really create such a noticeable arch in the brow?

    (She really looks a lot like Snooki.) I also think she looks much, much older than 20. She looks pretty good, but like a different person. A person in their mid thirties.

    Very interesting, thanks for posting. In my humble opinion,looking at these 2 photos:
    In the before photo, her face looks nice and round and definitely 20-something,but in the after photo, Bristol looks more like a 30-something who has had really decent non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
    My guess is it probably just a bit of weight loss and some botox. The chin has me thinking, though. X

    I think she looks awful and plastic now. She looked so cute and fresh before! I think she’ll regret this surgery as she ages, she’s already looking 10 years older, she won’t like that when she’s 35 or 45.
